GO 25 Andhra Pradesh Vote-on-Account Ordinance 2020 BUDGET ESTIMATES 2020-21 Vote on Account for first three months of the Finacial year 2020-21 Andhra Pradesh Appropriation (Vote-on-Account) Ordinance, 2020 Communicated
Copies of the Andhra Pradesh Appropriation (Vote-on-Account) Ordinance, 2020 relating to the grants made in advance in respect of the estimated expenditure for apart of the financial year commencing on the 1st April, 2020 (approximately equal to the expenditure requi rements of the first three months of the financial year 2020-21) are forwarded herewith to all Heads of Department and Departments of Secretariat for information and necessary action.
All the Heads of Department and other Chief Controlling Officers are requested to see that until further orders, the total expenditure to be incurred in the year 2020-21 under each Demand does not exceed the amounts specified against it in the AP Appropriation (Vote-on Account) Ordinance, 2020.

ANDHRA PRADESH ORDINANCE No. 4 OF 2020. Promulgated by the Governor in the Seventy First Year of the Republic of India.
AN ORDINANCE TO AUTHORISE THE WITHDRAWAL OF MONEYS FROM THE CONSOLIDATED FUND OF THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH FOR THE SERVICES OF A PART OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR COMMENCING ON THE 1ST APRIL, 2020.
Whereas, the Legislature of the State is now not in session and the Governor of Andhra Pradesh is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary for him to take immediate action;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 213 of the Constitution of India, the Governor hereby promulgates the following Ordinance:-
- (1) This Ordinance may be called the Andhra Pradesh Appropriation (Vote – on- Account) Ordinance, 2020.
- The State Government may withdraw from the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh, sums not exceeding Rs.70994,98,38,000/- (Rupees seventy thousand nine hundred ninety four crores, ninety eight lakhs and thirty eight thousand only) being moneys required to meet,-
The grants made in advance in respect of the estimated expenditure for a part of the Financial year commencing on the 1st April, 2020 as set-forth in column (3) of the Schedule; and E
xpenditure charged on the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh, for the part of the same Financial year as set-forth in column (4) of the Schedule.
The sums authorised to be withdrawn from the Consolidated Fund of the State of Andhra Pradesh by this Ordinance shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
